Overview

At SMM-Panel.in, we are committed to delivering every order you place. We take quality seriously because we are a direct provider — which means we have more control over delivery than reseller panels. However, in cases where an order does not complete as expected, we have a clear and fair refund process in place.

Please read this policy carefully before placing orders. If you have questions about a specific service's refund eligibility, contact our support team before ordering.

When Refunds Are Applicable

A refund (credited back to your panel balance) will be issued in the following situations:

  • Order failed to start within 48 hours of placement and no delivery occurred
  • Order was partially completed and delivery has permanently stopped before reaching the ordered quantity
  • Duplicate order charged due to a payment or system error
  • Service was unavailable at the time of ordering and was not delivered

Approved refunds are credited back to your panel account balance, not to your original payment method. Panel balance can be used for future orders.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • Orders that have been fully completed as per the service description
  • Drop in count after delivery (not covered unless the service has a refill guarantee)
  • Incorrect link or username entered at the time of ordering
  • Orders where social media account was made private, deleted, or restricted after ordering
  • Orders already refilled once under a refill guarantee
  • Change of mind after order has been placed and started
  • Unused panel balance — only order-specific refunds are processed

Refill Guarantee

Selected services on SMM-Panel.in come with a refill guarantee. If the count drops within the refill window stated for that specific service, you can request a free refill. Refill guarantees are noted on the service listing page.

To request a refill: go to your order history, locate the order, and use the refill request option if it is within the guarantee window. Our system will process the refill automatically in most cases.

How to Request a Refund

  3. 3If the order is eligible for refund, use the "Request Refund" option or contact support
  4. 4Alternatively, email [email protected] with your order ID and a brief description of the issue
  5. 5Our team will review the request and respond within 24 hours
  6. 6Approved refunds are credited to your panel balance within 1–3 business days

Important: We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be in bad faith or that are inconsistent with normal usage patterns. Any attempt to exploit the refund policy may result in account suspension.
