Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using SMM-Panel.in (referred to as “the Panel”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By registering an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our panel.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SMM-Panel.in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals, businesses, and resellers.

2. Nature of Services

SMM-Panel.in provides social media marketing services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, subscribers, comments, and engagement metrics for various social media platforms. We operate as a direct service provider. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis. Delivery times and outcomes may vary by service type and are not guaranteed to be permanent unless explicitly stated. We do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue, or improvement in social media algorithm performance.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to use your account for their benefit. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payments and Funds

All transactions on SMM-Panel.in are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). Funds added to your panel balance are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We accept UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, bank transfer, and other Indian payment methods. In the event of a failed payment where funds were deducted from your account but not credited to your panel balance, please contact support within 48 hours with proof of payment. We will investigate and resolve genuine cases promptly.

5. Order Placement and Processing

Orders are processed automatically once placed and payment is confirmed. You are responsible for entering the correct social media link and quantity. Incorrect links or links to accounts that violate social media platform policies may result in failed or partial orders. Once an order is placed and begins processing, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for failed or incomplete orders are handled as described in our Refund Policy. We do not accept responsibility for orders placed on accounts that are later suspended, restricted, or deleted by the respective social media platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SMM-Panel.in only for lawful purposes. You must not use our services to: engage in fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices; violate any intellectual property rights; promote illegal content, hate speech, or harassment; circumvent technical restrictions of any social media platform; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the systems of any social media platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in abusive or fraudulent ordering patterns without notice or refund.

7. No Guarantee of Platform Compliance

Social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and others have their own Terms of Service. Use of SMM services may or may not comply with those platforms' policies. SMM-Panel.in does not guarantee that the use of our services will not result in action being taken against your account by the respective platform, including account restriction, demonetization, or suspension. Use of our services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SMM-Panel.in and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the panel. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the panel shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on SMM-Panel.in, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SMM-Panel.in and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the panel after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any unused panel balance remaining in your account will be forfeited unless otherwise determined by our support team on a case-by-case basis.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SMM-Panel.in shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
